This outbreak occurred on July 5, 2016 starting at approximately 2:15 P.M. EDT and ended approximately 3:30 P.M. EDT. During this time, five storms spawned and three tornadoes touched down. Two of these tornadoes were ranked EF-0 as they did not hit any structures, though one hit speeds of 165+ MPH. Below is my damage survey of the third tornado, whose winds peaked at 183 MPH and destroyed the city of Dover.

    • High EF-3 (zachthetwister)
    • High EF-3 (on-site witness)
    • Weak EF-3 (on-site witness)
